I purchased this for my KLX650 dual sport bike and it is a very nice, high quality unit.
It looks like it was made for my bike, and probably would for any other square-headlighted dual sport bike. However, take it for what it is. It is a little bit short which makes it look nice on the bike, but could offer some better protection. For my needs it works perfectly because I just wanted something to take the pressure off my chest at highway speeds. Now the buffeted air hits me around the shoulder and my helmet is in clean air. This doesn’t make sense but I use an AFX FX-37 dual sport helmet which has a visor, and I had problems with the visor pulling my head back at highway speeds. That doesn’t seem to be as bad anymore.
It was very easy to install, came with good instructions and comes off VERY easily with just the removal off a couple wingnuts. Speaking of those wingnuts I would recommend some blue lock-tite on those. Mine almost fell off after they vibrated loose after only a couple of miles.
