Works as described. The instructions were missing the fist ten steps of bike breakdown, but were OK after that. Mine was missing the license plate LED. I called the vendor, they called Comp Werkes, they sent one USPS within a week.
Cleans up the bike nice. Blinkers are bright enough to do the trick even at e quarter of the size of stock.
