I have always liked K&N products, I have the CAI for my Dodge Truck and my Honda Accord. However, this product was VERY hard to fit in the Honda Shadow airbox. There is a groove on the airbox base and on the airbox cover that has to go over the ridge on the filter itself, they don’t line up very easily, you have to force it/tweak it, and ease it in or it will pop out – very frustrating and took a long time to get right. This is either slight variations/imperfections on the tolerance of this filter body or it could be Honda’s fault with the tolerances of the airbox.
